For safety reasons we do not accept returned lotions. You wouldn't want to purchase a lotion that had been returned to us would you? Be sure you know what you buying. Some lotions are hot and are not for everyone.


If we send you the wrong product,please do not open the bottle. We will ask you to send it back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost. This rarely happens.
